First of all I want to apologize for being a "doubtful Thomas". You really cannot imagine how shocked I was when you said my case was done. I could not beleive it.
You see, I have paid 6 other companies, and I have gotten nothing! And when I say I have paid six companies - yes, I paid them UPFRONT. I paid three companies in Florida,
One in Texas, one in Missouri, and one in New York. I have spent a total of $6500.00 TRYING to get my search done.
When I heard of Kinsolving - I thought well - why not. They don't charge anything up front - They can't do it either and so I have nothing to lose by trying.
I don't know how you stay in business when you don't even charge a deposit or get any money at all while you are working on the case - but I for one am grateful you don't because I never would have tried you otherwise after all the money I had already spent and gotten nothing for it.

I know I came on pretty strong with you when you called me. Again I apologize for that. Its just that I have been HAD soooo many times. But you are absolutely right. I have
noone but myself to blame for paying anyone upfront when there is certainly no guarantee that any adoption search can be completed. But the $650.00, $950.00 etc. seemed like
a small amount to risk. But as you can see over the years it certainly has added up to alot of money.

I wish I had known about you many years ago. But I guess its all in the past now but I just wanted to say I was sorry for being rude and doubting you.

When I received your email with all of my information I simply was overwhelmed.
Even though my birthmother was deceased I was overjoyed to know who she was and to have answers to my questions. As you told me - searching is about finding out the
truth - not about relationships. You were right. I got my answers and although I was sad that I could never know her I now know so much and I can never tell you Thank You
enough times.

I did make contact with her sister and the family has openly shared information with me.They have assured me that my birthmother would have been happy to know me.I do believe them. But I do now have my answers and again want to thank you for giving me my answers at long last.

You should advertise more and let people know you are out there! Even though you are more then most companies I am thrilled I found you. You "really" worked on my case
and you solved it. Only proves to me that the other companies didn't try. But ofcourse why should they. They had already been paid.

I will sing your praises on every board I'm ever on and will be your biggest supporter. I actually told a whole group of people they were fools to pay people up front like I did. But I guess you have to live and learn!

Thank you so much again.

Words cannot express my appreciation to Kinsolving for enabling me to enjoy one of the happiest moments of my life. When I first got a computer in 1999, I took a chance and starting doing a search for my biological Mother (family). At that time I came across some information but hit a brick wall just as soon as I thought I was getting some where. Over the years I have searched on and off with no success. One day about a month ago I saw a website for Kinsolving and got information from them in order to proceed with a search. After receiving Kinsolving's information I put everything on the back burner since I didn't want to hit anymore brick wall, so I felt no knowledge was better than no leads.

On Labor Day 9-1-03, I received just a follow up email from Kinsolving to see if I had done anything and at that point I decided to proceed with my search.
Less than 24 hours later I had all the information I could possible need or would have every hoped for.
I got all the information via email and than a representative as well as Ms. Lee went over the information with me line by line to make sure I understood what I got and to see if I had any questions on how to proceed and I had a lot.
Today 9-10-03 I spoke with my birth mother and it was wonderful, I hesitated initially to make the phone call not knowing how she would react, but my hesitation was for nothing, we had a great conversation, will be talking often and are both very happy to be getting acquainted after 50 years.
I cannot begin to say thank you to all who helped but I will be thankful to them everyday for the rest of my life.
